Goods inspection policy

Method of checking goods:

- Customers come to see and check goods at Minh Tam warehouse. Any questions from customers about the grade or specification of the wood will be fully explained by our staff to give customers the most accurate view of the quality of the wood. Absolutely guarantee the quality of the wood from the moment the customer comes to see it until it is delivered to the customer.

- For dried sawn timber at Minh Tam, we can open the bale for customers to see the quality. As for the wood imported in raw materials from the US, customers can see the wooden surface of each bale.
